Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery with Shaver Technology

Approach for pituitary tumors, transplanar tumors of the clivus, and transcribiformes. Endoscopic surgery is performed transnasal skull base surgery with minimally invasive techniques that also minimize risks of the procedure, without scarring or external wounds. These techniques also offer an excellent and rapid post-surgical recovery. It is performed in conjunction with neurosurgery. Requires a stay in uci of 1-3 days for risks of electrolytic alterations, with total incapacity of 14 days
