Diagnosis, medical and Surgical treatment of Snore.
We have the necessary technology to perform an adequate diagnosis and treatment, not only medical but also surgical of snoring. Identifying its etiology and performing comprehensive management of our patients. We identify risk factors, to know whether or not there is sleep apnea, as well as, if necessary, appropriate surgical interventions to resolve it.
Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty Surgery
A specialized surgery used to modify the size and shape of the uvula, soft palate, tonsils and pharynx, in order to correct chronic snoring and obstructive sleep apnea, in cases where these symptoms appear as a consequence of alterations. This improves the sleep pattern and the possible complications of this serious pathology.
Adenoidectomy-Tonsillectomy
In pediatrics, airway obstruction at the level of the tonsils or adenoids is also a cause of snoring and sleep apnea, so this is the definitive management of this pathology when the treatments are insufficient. Currently, these procedures are performed by endoscopic approach with non-painful postoperative and rapid recovery.
